2019年10月8日星期二晚19点，为促进我院团学各项工作顺利展开，我院在教学南楼三楼会议室召开了团学工作例会及新生班干工作会议，本次会议由杨秦钰老师主持召开，到场的还有团学各部门部长和部员及新生班干。

首先，杨老师高度重视学生的值班工作，特别强调了值班干部的职责和要求。接着，团学各个部门部长分别发言，介绍其部门相关工作与职责，并让每位新成员进行简单的自我介绍，拉近了同学们的距离。其中，杨老师特别说明了各部门参与活动的加分评优细则，鼓励各个部门的成员积极参与我院及学校的各项活动。另外，杨老师对各个新生班干工作内容也进行简单介绍，明确了各个班干的职责和义务。同时，会上杨老师指出对团学成员及班干的要求，她希望大家能够在团学班干工作中不忘学习初心，同时注重工作的时效性，做到学习工作两不误。

在各项工作部署完成后，本次会议圆满结束。相信在杨老师的带领下，团学干部及各班干会在以后的工作中更加出色地完成任务，更好地锻炼自我和为学院服务，向学校展现我院最好的一面。

In order to promote the working efficiency and enthusiasm of the students’ union of School of Foreign Languages and give a hospitality welcome to the fresh members, Teacher Yang held a regular work meeting in 316 meeting room at 7 p.m. in Tuesday, October 8, 2019.

At first, Teacher Yang mentionedthe works in the office, emphasizing requirements and duties that should be followed when any members are on duty. Then, the ministers of each departments gave a brief introduction of their daily work and duty. Then， fresh members are asked to deliver a simple self-introduction. During the meeting, Teacher Yang especially stated the bonus point rules, which means each department can be awarded extra points if they take part in actively or make contributions to any school or university level event. In addition, Teacher Yang explained the detailed work of the class cadres and pointed out requests.At last, Teacher Yang expressed her sincere hope that all the cadres should put their study as the priority.

After the various arrangements, the meeting was successfully concluded. We believe that under the leadership of Teacher Yang, the cadres will accomplish their works more excellent and better serve our school to show the best to the public.
